Pictures & videos taken by Holly or sent to her may sometimes be posted on social media. We are happy to tag your pet in these posts, just ask!


Payment, Refunds & Service Expiration

Payment must be made in full during the booking process.

Refunds can be issued if requested within 5 business days after purchasing.

Unused services expire 1 year after purchase. Unused services can also be transferred to others or donated to those in need.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Shows

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice or the session is forfeit.

You can reschedule an appointment up to 3 times before the session is forfeited.

No-shows forfeit their session.
